Environmentally controlled
Within our hardened facility, your servers and data are protected in an environmentally controlled, 22,000- square-foot, raised floor Data Center that is monitored for ideal temperature and humidity levels throughout. Our Data Center has 24/7 monitoring and protection systems that immediately alert our trained personnel in the event of an alarm.
Highly secure cabinets and cages
1Vault offers colocation in fully enclosed, lockable cabinets with removable side panels and meshed front and rear doors for enhanced air flow. Each cabinet includes one 120v 20-amp power circuit with an option to upgrade to 208v 20-amp three phase or 208 single phase connectors. Larger, high-grade secure enclosed cages are also available. While standard sizes measure 8' x 8' or 8' x 16', custom sizes can also be built. We also offer 2 and 4 post rack and cabinet enclosures for customers who need additional space for servers. The power and bandwidth in our cabinets and cages is configured to customer designed specifications.

Network connectivity, housed in our secure “backbone cage” containing Carrier grade Cisco GSR 12000 edge devices and Force10 E600 core devices guarantee a fully redundant OC-48 network infrastructure. IP connections to AT&T, NTT Communications, Level3 and Qwest provide highly reliable Tier 1 bandwidth for fast, efficient and redundant route optimization. Impervious to disaster
In the event severe weather is approaching, 1Vault can instantly override the FPL power supply and become self-sufficient. By switching to our own diverse power plant, 1Vault can maintain uninterrupted operations for up to two weeks because it operates on one of three auxiliary Cummings/ Onan 1.25-megawatt generators, two underground 10,000-gallon fuel tanks, and private water wells for cooling. 1Vault certified engineers and technicians provide 24/7 emergency service and maintenance around the clock. Our facility is completely selfcontained and resilient to conditions that may affect other companies including natural disasters, network systems failures and human error.
Total security throughout
The interior infrastructure of our facility contains multiple redundant systems (UPS, Battery Back-Up, PDUs and AC Units) to ensure non-stop business continuity. Biometric scanning and card access restricts entry to personnel and approved visitors. Armed guards and surveillance cameras provide additional security 24/7/365. Internal and external security monitoring measures are constantly in place for a safe and secure facility.
